KIDZ ARTZ INSTITUTE
The 2012 Kidz Artz Institute will be on Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30PM at the Andover Campus in February and March (Feb 2 to Mar 15). The cost is just $25 for the entire two months of classes. It is open enrollment for students 3rd-5th Grade. They will be in the same class for the entire time so be sure to carefully choose their course with a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice. The courses being offered are Fashion Design, Cooking, Drums, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Dance, Drama, Arts & Crafts, Photography. Turn in form w/ $25 check payable to Crossroads. NEW DATABASE AND CHECK-IN
Change is never easy but we are willing to do it if it means a safer place for kids – XROADS KIDZ is launching our NEW Children’s database that will be linked to our NEW electronic check in system! This will allow us to better track allergies, guardians AND allow you the convenience of registering your child from your home! The ONLY way for this to be effective and smooth, is you must go to http://www.kidcheck.com/signup.aspx and create a FREE account that will put your family into our database for Children’s Ministry. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR TEXTING ABILITY SO WE CAN PAGE YOU DURING SERVICES SHOULD WE EVER NEED YOU!!!!! We ask that our volunteers do the same thing to register.
4-5th GRADE RETREAT
On Friday, March 9 the 4-5th Grade will be heading to Northern Kentucky Convention Center for Super Start and staying at the Marriott Hotel. We will leave Lexington at about 3:30pm and will return Saturday at about 4:30pm. The total cost which will include transportation, food, lodging and registration is $89.00. $40 is due upon registration and it will be first come first serve. We will have adult sponsors going which will include church staff, small group volunteers as well as parents. (Let us know if you’d like to go). Register by completing Super Start 2012 Registration Form and pay $40 deposit to “Crossroads” by Sunday, Feb 12. You can give to your child’s Small Group leader during weekend service.
